The EP Salon is an art gallery, event venue and production house. We are currently preparing for the production of The Poetry Brothel on April 23rd. Located at 180 Flynn Avenue in Burlington, The EP Salon offers an immersive art experience to visitors in a comfortable and relaxed setting, as well as a gift/thrift shop offering handmade creations and vintage items. Vermont Poetry Brothel, April 23rd, 7:30pm
Featuring a rotating cast of talent; each poet performs within a carefully constructed character, disclosing their work in the form of public readings. For a nominal fee, all of the talent are available to patrons for sequestered readings during the event.

Art on view for First Friday in May:
Installation art created in Burlington exploring the book as object and the written word as record of a territory. You are invited to step into a book, absorb the meaning of words and visit the Salon for an immersive art experience. In the spirit of impermanence, this exhibit will be on view for one weekend only - Friday May 6th, 5p to 9pm and May 7th & 8th, 12 - 5. Writing on the Walls will feature Genese Grill’s Almandal Grimoire, an installation art piece exploring the book as magical object and a collaborative piece created by Maya Urbanowicz and Jamie Bright.

ARCHIVE: Grand Opening Group Show Feb 12 - March 25th, 2016
The Grand Opening Group Show will be on view from February 12th - March 25th, 2016 and features new work by Emily Eastridge, Kevin Donegan, Eric Roy, Don Ramey, Estefania Puerta, Michael Nordstrom, Alissa Faber and Maya Urbanowicz.
Gallery hours are Thursdays to Saturdays, 11 am to 6pm, and on Sundays 12 - 5pm, or by appointment.
The Encounterworks Productions Salon is a gallery space and workshop venue with a mission of bridging creative communities across discipline and locality, working with artists in Vermont, as well as those in the regional, national and international spheres. The mission of EP Salon is to foster creative expression through workshops and dialogue in the arts through rotating exhibitions and event productions.
Encounterworks Productions, LLC offers a range of technical services and guidance to others working in the creative and small business sectors.
